We are Rehoteq Technologies — a Nigerian technology and engineering company based in Okitipupa, Ondo State. We build software products, install solar and electrical systems, and develop tools that solve real problems for Nigerian homes, schools and businesses.
Our Story
Rehoteq Technologies was founded in Okitipupa, Ondo State, with a clear mission: to bring technology solutions that actually work for Nigerian conditions to the people who need them most. We started by noticing that the tools available to Nigerian schools, homeowners, and small businesses were either too expensive, too complicated, or simply not designed for the Nigerian context.
Our first product was the Rehoteq RMS — a cloud-based school result management system built from the ground up for Nigerian secondary schools. Teachers can enter scores from any phone, results calculate automatically, and parents can access their child's results from anywhere. We designed it to work on 3G connections, to handle Nigerian term and session structures, and to be affordable for schools in towns that no other tech company had ever marketed to.
From there, we expanded into solar PV engineering, electrical installation, cybersecurity, and computer hardware services. Today Rehoteq Technologies serves homes, schools, and businesses across South-West Nigeria — and continues to build new tools that close the gap between what technology promises and what Nigerian users actually experience.

Founder & CEO · Lead Engineer
Engr. Adetoye is a certified electrical and solar PV engineer based in Okitipupa, Ondo State. He founded Rehoteq Technologies with the vision of making quality technology and engineering accessible across Nigeria — particularly in communities that larger companies overlook. As a practising electrical engineer, he personally oversees all solar and wiring installations, ensuring every project meets safety and performance standards. He is also the lead developer behind the Rehoteq RMS and RehoCheck cybersecurity app, working across full-stack web development, Android, and Firebase cloud infrastructure. His approach combines hands-on engineering with software development — an unusual combination that shapes everything Rehoteq builds.
